When they come for us you have three options:
1- Those that live by the sword, shall die by the sword. - Matthew 26:52
If you stand your ground, and try to defend yourself, you will die in battle.
2- Behold, the devil will cast some of you into prison that you may be tried: and you shall have tribulation ten days. Be thou faithful until death: and I will give thee the crown of life. -Revelation 2:10
If you surrender, they will put you in prison for ten days, and after ten days, if you still refuse the Mark, you will be executed.
3- When therefore you shall see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place: he that readeth let him understand. Then they that are in Judea, let them flee to the mountains. - Matthew 24:15-16
And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she had a place prepared by God, that there they should feed her a thousand two hundred sixty days.

When they come for us, if you run to the wilderness, then the journey to Israel begins, this is the Greater Exodus. God will likely feed us with mana from heaven, he may even part the oceans and we will walk across it one year. Many will probably die along the way, but the 144,000 will make it to see the return of Jesus.
Since you can't see what is coming you are at risk of falling away when they come to kill you.
