>>everything you achieve will be lost once you soon dieThen why not be better now?
>>for time reference 3 years have passed since covid, you probably have another 10x3 years before you are old, fragile, weak and too scared to do anything anywaysAll the more reason to be healthy now
>>if self-improvement was fun or felt good then it would have been seen as leisure activities, not a chore that people need to be motivated for People that are tryharding self-improvers are ultimately doing it to get 'good boy' points by society, which is the opposite of being free.I enjoy running. It's fun. Not all people improving themselves do it for the sake of approval.
>It's so pathetic when I see some 32 year old balding normalfaggot pretend-play being a real man by working on his stupid car or whateverMaybe he takes care of his car? He could be attached to it or get satisfaction from the act.
You seem to live your life vicariously through others' perception. People aren't trying to be better for your sake. Stop thinking about what makes you look good and start thinking of what makes you good. This doesn't mean that you CANT improve to look good. Part of why I try to stay healthy is so that I can be a better role model, which has led to my little bro coming on runs with me. He's now fitter than you'll be, probably forever since you're never going to be healthy with your attitude. Fix you're shitty outlook before anything else. The real foundational strength is in the mind. You can do it.
