I like your idea of "bending/twisting.expanding ' from my experiements, the more you are able to visualize manipulating multiple planes simultaneously and 'feeling/labeling that you have successfully manifested it' you need to close the projection loop) then the 'weight/impact/densitty' seems to be greater
