If one of these are fucked, women will ignore you like say you are 5'2 or have a very ugly face or you are obese. If one of them is great and the other is average they will talk to you and like you. Rate yourself honestly on these four things. You can't do anything about height and frame really. You could cheat with shoes but you can change your face by being low body fat and grooming if you aren't super ugly. If you are ugly, you can consider plastic surgery if you want but the best route for men who do not score high on those 4 are to seek out and obtain positions of power. Power helps more than money when it comes to obtaining women, people with power just happen to have money too.
Look at Putin, if a male with a 7/10 frame, 7/10 height, 7/10 frame and 10/10 body was in the same room as Putin. Most women would pay more attention to Putin.
