Most couldn't believe how heavy it was compared to their regular stainless 10gr trash, and were really amused by the multitude of curious marks. A lot of the convos revolved around our history and lost traditions. Rarely something discussed when extended family shows up and it often remain polite and politically sanitized.
I spotted one i know you'd love : a 32cm long, over 6toz heavy ancient spoon model aux filets with absolutely fantastic looking hallmarks from 1781. Starting price at 180€, ending in 2 days, i might let myself getting tempted even tho it's over my usual budget (all large items like ragout's forks/spoons are more expensive anyway). Pic unrelated.
