The girl was sent over to the house one day on weekends while my mom watched her baby sister.
A year or so ago (I can't remeber) when she was 10 or 11 I showed her the marble floor I cut and placed in the foyer (pink and white) and she was impressed, the marble floor I cut and placed in the basement (white) infront of the bar, the basement I finished and built with my own hands (it's like a club), the various rooms, and the garage I finished into a japanese dojo.

6 months ago (june) she was coming up at a family party of her own volition, talking to me (by then really in puberty ++).
