Do you want to participate in an ongoing liability-reduction pogrom rolled out by supranational entities with an accompanying unreasonable imposition of universal personal fiduciary duty to competing hostile independent contractors? Most will say yes. Yes is fine. If yes, Do Your Part. If no, the disease won't likely kill you unless you're on record with your name downplaying its significance, but depersoning probably will. We're all becoming increasingly less real every day. Someone like me that talks too much of the World That Was and jabbers incessantly about the horrors to come must be excluded for no other reason than peace of mind. If you're a nice chap, perhaps it would be best to just roll the dice and hope you won't be one of the ones afflicted with prion disease when your productivity wanes and your consumed utils become onerous.
