It is possible that a "based black" might exist at some point in time. Here's the thing, you're going to be hard pressed finding a black that ticks all the boxes of what makes a white person "white" even if you ignore all physical appearance. The IQ bell curve alone is going to limit you to only around 10-20% of blacks. Then you've got to limit even further for impulse control and body odor (blacks have higher %s of sweat glands that produce body odor). And That's just on the genetics side. Further limits to your possible pool is whatever culture they are from that usually sees themselves as a victim class. This arises from the fact that around 80% of their population mentally inferior to the below average white person. And even more limiting is that all non-White groups are much more tribal than Whites are. So finding one that doesn't have an inherent black identity that will make them more loyal to fellow blacks than to Whites is even more rare, esp. when other blacks start accusing them of "acting white" (which in black culture is considered "fighting words" ).
Above is just a dating scenario. God for bid you actually have children with them. And the vast majority of women will want children and even more so if they are getting an upgrade by having a child that might have huwhite features. Now you've got to consider this like regression to the mean (kids will have higher chances of getting the negative genetics that exist in black populations), the cultural identity your kids are going to inherit (will the black mom want to pass some of her black culture onto her kids?) , and the personal identity issues that mixed mutts always have that usually come with some sort of self hatred.
