Well, you have luck because there's one antibiotic-antiparasite called Prodigiosine which works against Spirochaetes like Borrelias, you can isolate Prodigiosine from Serratia marcenses which they can be grow using bread crumb, later try to isolate them again using Petri dishes with peptone-agar.
I think Prodigiosine can be bought easily because it works as a red dye too.
