▪Not a major port...unless it sparks some huge conflagration, soon proved to be...well, I can think of many a scenaio, mostly involving China, directly associated with, or unproven-without, high-level domestic assets...possibly political.
▪ Maybe a grid, er, 'destruction'...which will need more than 90 days to rectify. Blue State optics.
All of those have the potential to call off elections, or, give time for a countrywide eyes-on unfolding of truth.
