Chani should have been a red headed qt and personally I preferred MacLachlan's Paul. Even with the casting choices of Zendaya and quarter tribesman/nepo twinkie Chalamet, Villenue's interpretation works. I thought Bardem and Butler nailed their roles. Regarding Stilgar, anyone who didn't feel "that moment" is someone who doesn't even consider what it would feel like if ZOG were ever defeated. Be ready to separate the art from the artists, always.
