so basically i had this idea that hatred 1.666 doesn't really make sense progression wise as the the lowest level of enemies you encounter can have ar15's in some circumstances. but like vanilla the progression is kinda simple: pistol -> mp5 + armor -> and then ar15 because ar15 is a military weapon
so I downloaded the color mod instead. 1.666 mod was made by a weirdo anyway too
