>>3729487i'm not sure. one thing i've noticed is, if i'm banned, sometimes i'll try to post through my phone or laptop while i'm still connected to my wireless network that's banned and it'll block my post. then if i immediately switch to mobile data and try to post again from the same device, it seems to sometimes be able to tell. hasn't happened enough times for me to notice for sure and it's been a while since i've been banned.
