i dont tend to really have much to say about movies right after watching them
it was okay though
i think i like bumer 1 better personally, i just found it cooler. some ruski criminals having to get accustomed to countryside lifestyle is interesting imo, again i dont remember a lot cause its been a long time since ive watched the movie but i recall that much, i liked the mood it gave off plus the characterization that went around was good as well, though because of that language barrier issue i probably miss a lot of that, in that language in particular how people speak conveys a lot of things, ive been told at least lol
and idk why but movies with sentimental cars always make me like them
2 was okay but i dont think i wouldve watched it if it werent a continuation and a standalone movie instead, u just naturally want to see what happens to the surviving characters after being done with the first movie.
i think it had cool scenery to it and it has my favorite song out of both movies placed in, but the story doesnt really make me care for it, i think a lot of the plot points depend on these really weird coincidences lol
even though you can look past that, its just that i wasnt very interested in what was happening anyhow.
id say its a well enough send-off with its own little air around it, but ya on its own it wouldnt be worth watching i dont think
i suppose its not that fair to compare the two because they were obviously going for a different thing when making the second, but i just personally i liked the first a lot more. seems to be the popular opinion from what ive read
also just remembered, gta iv probably wouldnt have been as good as it is if it werent for brat and thats cool
