You're gonna wanna look for the color you can see on 1/4 of my chops.
Then bake!
Put those chops in the oven in the skillet you cooked them in.
Hence the need for an "oven-proof" skillet.
Cook the chops at 450F for 8 minutes. That's how long it took mine to cook, and they're pretty thick!
