i'm grateful to you and others for donating big, and keeping josie's channel going, especially since (as you said) she doesn't ask for donations or reward the biggest donations with attention that much more than any other donation
sometimes i wish the discord fanatics would pass the hat to buy her the work of a consultant or manager to help grow her channel, so she can make money from views and maybe even a sponsor
the potential is definitely there, she's just fumbling the management and business side of things, while crushing the content creation side
i don't know if the discord folks actually want her to become much more popular though, because they could lose some of her attention and their influence over her content as a result
josie probably won't ever focus on learning and implementing growth and monetisation strategies, but hopefully someone who genuinely cares will step up and help guide her channel to the success it deserves
