The guy I blew up on is an idiot. Safety reps inspected his work area and took photos, his work area is a pig sty. He also chained up the forklift on our area and also took the keys with him... People still work in the weekends and he took my wire cutters. Just god damn, I'm not giving him a stem talking/yelling to anymore, paper work and punitive/reprimand is the only option now. I'm done.
