i started dumping half a pot of ultra strong black coffee down my gullet every morning in lieu of breakfast - so much coffee that my fingers tingle - i dont eat anything for breakfast other than maybe dark chocolate
after a year of this - the results
1. lost 40 pounds even though completely sedentary
2. mood improved
3. started walking like 4-5 miles a day
4. became much hungerier when i did eat without gaining weight
5. sleep great since i crash out around 7:00 pm
coffee is the nectar of the gods and i will drink it until my brain explodes
