may or may not include surprise costs for hosting, so that 30k is either accounted for or its in addition to the 250k budget.
house repair costs ended up at 60k estimate post-show.
still, Sam confidently stated that they could do a 100k price next time.
seems like there are no money worries around the project at all, and that would track.
The estimate does not mention forced name-changes happening at some point, and the 3 or so drops of free tokens for the season-pass holders over the course of the show.
I generally think the estimate is a bit high, but its very likely that they did tip over the 1m mark.
