i was considering that overall people don't really care about grammar or whatever as long as stuff "sounds right" which is probably part of why so many languages have random ass exceptions and rules change a lot
人は人の仕方で話します seemed like it could be used as "people speak in the way that people speak" to sum up the idea like saying "it is what it is"
i'm sure ur version makes more sense though
