Cereals are disgusting and unhealthy as fuck. They have absolutely insane amounts of sugar and salt.
If you wanna have a healthy breakfast, you can eat toastes of rustic bread (NEVER sliced bread, that's trash) with olive oil, milk (in moderate amounts), and the most important: FRUITS. The "British style" with eggs, meat and vegetables is not a bad option.
But cereals? NEVER. Cereals are poisonous
