If you guys haven’t done any vegetable gardening, just start now. Even if its too late in the season to get any good yields or any yields at all, getting the practice in now is more helpful than waiting until next spring. Seeds are like $0.25 for a packet of way more than you need at Dollar General, and everything else you need can be obtained or DIYed for cheap.

I started this year with like $2.50 worth of seed and at most $10 worth of other equipment and now I have a ton of tomato, herb, and zucchini plants.
