Do HIIT training 4 to 5 days a week. (Basically run intervals for at least 45 minutes a day) easiest on treadmill but do it wherever.. preferably right after you wake up.
This will keep you in ketosis most of the day.
Lift for at least an hour a day whenever you have time, minimum 4 days a week.
