And I dunno of you would call it a supplement but every year we take all the last and leftover veggies from the garden and dehydrate what we don't use or can/freeze and then powder it. So we have this big jar full of green powder that's powdered kale, mustard greens, turnip greens, spinach etc. I sprinkle that on some food once in a while to get dat goodness in me.
