herpes sounds scary bcs it never really leaves your body, it won't do shit to you, unless it gets real crazy I heard it can get to your brain, in which case you need a vaccine, it can be treated with aciclovir, it can be either in the form of a cream or a pill if I'm not mistaken
candidiasis is treated with a cream
wash your fucking dick during the treatment otherwise it can evolve to a fucking bacterian infection(I suppose the treatment of these two involve increasing Ph, bcs fungus and herpes like acidic environments, but this alcalinity can favor bacterias)
I had a resurging herpes and I just washed my dick with some really hot water, almost burning, and it went away, for now
