>>14092516It has the prefix Papa- so I deduce my ancestors were priests at some point and I do have at least one ancestor that was a cardinal of the Catholic Church in the Middle Ages but according to whatever I found it means young goose in Sicilian dialect of Italian, but I'm pretty sure it's Greek because Greek names have Papa- a lot.
