Demons roam around us freely tempting us, when we cave in, God's protective gaze is averted because we have done things that are unclean in God's eyes, this leads us into a more vulnerable state because without his protection we are vulnerable to even more evil temptations or maybe even our lives become jeopardized, depending on the demon.
The purpose of life is to
1. Accept Jesus
2. Become Baptized -- symbolizing rebirth
3. Endure
4. By our example inspire others
Good news anon, we can fall, but are always free to get up, even when we come into the waiting room to await final judgement.
Demons cannot ever have this forgiveness.
We can be forgiven because all our sins are small compared to eternity, but they all fell because they rebelled against God.
They used to be our siblings, waiting to come to earth and experience life, they are denied this by their own rebellion.
They are ever hungry to experience life, and will do everything to either possess a body, or kill someone in revenge, or torture in revenge, or create a body, or create an AI through which to experience life, even in a reduced state.
If they fail to destroy human spirituality in God here on earth, they will send all their kingdoms every habitable and uninhabitable rock in the universe that they have infested with their disgusting unholy flesh.
Without God we have no chance, so have faith. What else will save you from a creature than choke rapes you while forcing your eyes shut?
