If you want to get rid of them just cutting them off wont work because there is a blood vessel in them that makes them grow back. You need to get a Exacto knife and heat up the blade with a small torch and touch them with the heated blade, they don't have nerve cells.
Or pay a dermatologist to freeze them off, but my method is faster and cheaper. If you are really a pussy and want to freeze them off yourself get a few cans of compressed air or duster. turn them upside down and spray the liquid contents into a foam cup, then take a Q tip and soak it in the liquid nitrogen and touch to the skin tags. I would only do the liquid nitrogen from compressed air for warts though.
