Addiction is just a habit formed form ritual formed from muscle memory formed from unconscious memory. People get hooked on things that feel good to the point where their mind can only think of doing that. No matter what the feel good thing is, doesn't matter.
Porn is only addicting because humans like sex, like literally all living things. Sex looks good and feels good. Humans like thinking about it. That's it. Other humans sold it to them in media form to think about.
Humans need to be honest with themselves.
