this sucks, people are so hesitant since boomers always bring up dotcom speculation, but there are actual applications with ai that are saving clients a shit ton of money
SEPTA (some US transit) cut down their lawsuit costs by half (~$20 million savings) while the ai solution costed a tiny fraction of that, evident by the fact the ai company themselves only made US$27 million profitable revenue for fiscal 2024 from all their customers not just SEPTA
