Hypothetically the anti christ is centrist because people from both left and right would love him/her at the same time. The anti christ exists already they are the one who is in the shadows controlling even the wealthiest of families etc. And will only reveal themselves after their potential opposition/ opponents are taken out or he might get JFK treatment by someone. And once they reveal themselves everyone will be under their influence.
