can you find out if esterhazy torta is made with raw or roasted nuts? i found a recipe for a similar cake where the layers are made with ground hazelnuts and i want to roast them first cause it tastes better but me mum thinks they'll burn. i think they won't cause it's not just hazelnuts, there's a ton of other ingredients too
