Either lower your standards or get better at life. Work out, dress decent, practice social skills untill you can flirt and make people laugh and move with grace in social situations. Grow some fucking backbone. Also, learn to cook. Unless you are some malformed trogladyte, this should be plenty to get a worthwile girlfriend. Some one wifeable.
Oh and get a decent job if you don't already have one. And a few hobbies so you are not a boring asshole (and videogames don't count as a hobby).
