>>16445446I use a guy that was the head mechanic of two dealerships for twenty years. Hes semi retired now, just works out of his garage for cash. In his last two years working he gave customers his personal business card and stole a bunch of customers from the dealership.
He told me the dealerships he worked for were dirty as hell. He was always pressured by upper management to recommend repairs that were not needed. Hes a good guy, so when he could he would pull customers aside and tell them what was necessary.
Im glad to know him as he's given me repairs that would of cost 900-1200 for 500$. Ill be sad when he filly retires. Hoping to get another decade of service with him.
