>>20320773The cake tastes excellent and was a great addition to our after-grilling coffee session. It got a lot of praises from everybody and I myself was also happy with the result taste-wise. The cake did stay in shape when cut and didn't dissolve onto the plate like liquid so I'm happy, but I think if I was able to keep it in the fridge for another couple of hours it would have maintained its shape a bit better. Also maybe if I had wisked the whipped cream a bit more or been quicker with combining the quark with the cream jelly it may have been more airy and stayed in shape a bit better. I opted to leave the raspberries out but they really would have made the cake look even better. Some of the gloss clumped up so there appear to be some cummies on the cake which is a slight minus but it's thankfully not that visible
