There is a lot of words from redditors you may find online, way too many and it starts to sound complicated but it might help. Tldr: humans are overly complex, consciousness unknowingly can interfere with important survival functions which can make your life a mess. Whenever you experience overwhelming stress you are supposed to shake it off, but usually, as you grow older, you don't do that, you stop it because it's cringe. Appears our psyche does not process that stress if you do that, it stores it seemingly for life time.
You can have some adrenaline activities or just induce this shaking on your own by committing to some schizo activities. It is quickly becoming known as a miracle "cure".
