>>10313186i'm referring to two separate sets of classes
i passed a total of 25 classes before i dropped out. 13 of them were "general education" classes like english, sciences, history, etc that i would be useful no matter what degree i do
the other 12 were computer science/math classes. despite the new college covering all the same material for the degree i'd need to retake all but 2 of those classes. this is because the ones i took before dropping out don't count as the same ones the new college offers for semantic reasons
so if i were doing computer science i would need to retake nearly a year's worth of classes that i'd already taken. fortunately it just gives me another reason to do what i wanted to anyway and take japanese instead
