For starters, the carts. I shouldn't have to bother finding a quarter and sticking it in the little mechanism to get a cart. If you can't trust me not to leave it out in the parking lot, then why should I patronize your store. When I go in their without any coins -- or even when I do have coins -- I am being inconvenienced. It's objectively worse for me.
The next thing is that they have no selection of food. Am I some gourmet chef? No! But I still want to have the freedom to choose what I buy! I want to see dozens of brands of hotdog buns, not just one! There should be an entire aisle dedicated just to cereal! Instead, you have only one choice -- no choice.
When you finally go to checkout, whoop-de-doo, they're too stingy to give you plastic bags! They won't bag it for you with your own bags, either! It saves them a couple pennies and less than a minute of the cashier's time, but THEN I GO AND DO THE SAME GODDAMN THING! It's like you're checking out twice! That's just inefficient!
