My advice is to start trying different things and seeing what works. As they say, "if you do what you did, you get what you got," meaning if you don't change anything, nothing changes.
Try changing your diet. If you eat like shit, start eating healthier and see if that helps. If you already eat healthy, try cutting back carbs, or cutting back fat, or changing something to see if anything works. Maybe eating less food, or more food might help.
Just keep trying adjustments until you notice positive changes.
And you can take this approach with things other than dieting, too, like sleep schedule, meditation, forcing yourself to paint, etc. Keep changing what you're doing until you get the results you want.
