The french fry's perfect for dipping in a variety of sauces. It goes beyond the terrible brown gravy. Not only are they doused in it, melted cheese curds just turn into salty slop, so you had two layers of goo on top of your fries, turning the whole thing into a big bowl of stomach acid. And it drove up the price of cheese curds, which I loved to eat cold, when they're squeaky, so now a waste product is a luxury food with a luxury price, like chicken wings. Market forces, man.
