idk if you follow shinichiro watanabe, the guy behind bebop and samurai champloo, but a while back he did a slice of life anime called kids on the slope (hehe). i generally don't watch slice of life but for this one i made an exception and i'm glad i did, because it was really nice and moving. it's about kids in a school jazz band. but i watched it in my early to mid twenties and i think older people can get something out of it to.
in that show they had a rendition of my favorite things performed by the characters and obviously it's inferior to the original, engrish and weaker vocals and all, but i still like it more because of the positive emotions from the anime i associate it with
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8L1r9hIytCA>>9613877it's gonna be melted butter, if i even do it. i just don't understand what's the point of adding fat to a chocolate you're going to melt and temper anyway. typically when you add fat like cream or butter it's for a chocolate truffle filling and you melt the chocolate in the heated fat, the ganache it's called i think and that's not tempered. i'll see if i notice a difference and if i do, i'll start doing it that way.
