>>15806857>Lets take the first part. The rapture, do people magically vanish into thin air literally or was there some type of detail in how it happens. Like and example when the mark of the beast was described1 Thessalonians 4:17
https://biblehub.com/1_thessalonians/4-17.htm1 Corinthians 15:53
https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/1-Corinthians-15-53/Paul talks about us being changed in the twinkling of an eye, so pretty much instantly into incorruptible bodies and being with the Lord. I sincerely believe they're going to blame people vanishing on aliens/UFO's or something like that. It's why they keep moving closer and closer to UFO.
People will argue over there not being a rapture or if it's pretrib, midtrib, post-trib etc.
It makes more sense to see it as there being a pretrib rapture-resurrection. I really don't worry about it too much because my faith isn't in the rapture but in Christ.
John in the book of revelation chapter 4 hears a trump like voice to "come up hither" and sees the events of revelation. You don't see the church after chapter 3 when the tribulation begins. The tribulation is for the salvation of the Jewish nation because it's the time of "Jacob's trouble", Daniel's 70th week (written for the Jews) and we're told the church is not appointed to wrath.
People are going to argue alternative interpretations so I advise you go do your own homework. I caution you, we're saved by faith and not of works. People want to put their works into the trib for their salvation.
Ephesians 2:
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
