If I were to place a bat I would put my money on a MeeToo situation. Possibly involving a Twitch employee, but more like one or more popular Twitch sluts. Something like after the initial affair he kept reaching out to them to arrange the next booty call at an upcoming convention. That's just a guess because the salacious stories flying around are just too far fetched for me.
