they had a policy in the channel that would post arabic anime dubs, "Spacetoon" to change the name of every anime they " localize" into something we would find more relatable by entirely writing new scripts for the anime that sometimes have nothing to do with what's was originally written, which is mostly done to remove anything that we might consider offensive, because arabs are easily offended.
the most glaring example of this is the anime "future boy conan" by Hayao Miyazaki which was a real popular series around here (propably heavily influenced my love for ghibli).
They changed the main characters names into something more "relatable" to us, the main characters name was changed to "Adnan" and his love intrest's name was changed to "Lina" and named the show "Adnan wa lina" (adnan and lina).
It's so bizarre.
in the case of the anime you posted in arabic it's called "ana wa okhti" which translates to "me and my sister". but I'm 100% sure that's not what it's actually called.
