Stolas has become as important and crucial to the show as the main character, and the show's focus was changed from I.M.P.'s jobs to Blitzo & Stolas' relationship. Even the episodes that aren't about Stolas ARE about Stolas.
Like, ever since C.H.E.R.U.B. we haven't had a single episode without Stolas being a crucial element to it. I bet that Harvest Moon started as a episode focused entirely on Moxxie's relationship with Millie and how her family looked down to him, but the fanfic writer barged in and demanded the episode to add Stolas and focus on him. Alas, the episode became about Stolas dealing with a mercenary hired by Stella and Millie's family became background characters and Moxxie became a side character.
