Not every knee will bow nor will every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord. The truth is that others have beliefs and make choices that you may not like and no amount of fearmongering about hellfire and eternal torment will change that. Telling people they're going to burn in Hell if they don't accept Christ won't stop free will any more than forcing circumcision on baby boys will prevent them from masturbating after they hit puberty, it just makes you a coward and a monster.
