Veganism is a mental illness. I tried going without meat for 3 days and I felt like I had no energy most of the day, I was even brain fogged by the end, even though I ate plenty of the equivalent calories in carbs. That shit kills you slowly.
If you eat only vegetables you become a vegetable, mark my words.
