Subsequent white neighbors have been a horror show. One had hound dogs that howled and barked all day and night that kept us up nights for a few years, the latest lets his dogs out the front to shit on my front yard. I pick the shit up and throw it back into his yard.
So I might like a hispanic neighbor again...
