This means a relatable cast, a few cute girls, and not so much torture and dark stuff.
Occasionally I check the /ftl/ threads on /tv/ and they're not funny or creating fan art anymore like S1, just angry crazy people. There was a definite vibe shift sometime during S2.
I liked the direction of Bloodgames, seemed to be more about having fun
