>>16522947...on the note of flowers if you are gifting them to some little old ladies it's best to go with a small and lightweight posy with non-woody stems as opposed to a big bunch of roses, as rose bouquets can get heavy and it takes strength to clip the stems. Posies can be stuck in a cup if they don't have a vase. Don't give your gran flowers with needlepoint thorns like mini-roses or ones that makes a mess and drop petals everywhere like peonies. Carnations and lisianthus are great, lightweight, long lasting, easy to throw away when done. As far as I know, Lisianthus don't have a scent, but some Carnations do. Older people with poorer eyesight really appreciate scented flowers.
